Perfectly imperfect, rustic and fuss free, our cakes are all naked (unless otherwise requested) and focused on delicious and beautiful ingredients. We use ground almonds to make a more moist, wholesome delicious cake cutting down on sugar as much as possible to create a cake that is more about the texture and flavour than the sweetness. We do not use any fondant or food colourings, instead they are layered with lashings of "not too sweet" cream cheese butter cream icing, house-made jams, compotes, sauces and curds are decorated with seasonal fresh flowers foraged from my garden.
